November is National Hospice & Palliative Care Month so to kick off the month, we are excited to invite you to our 2nd Annual President’s Community Breakfast on Friday, November 1, 2019 at West Hills Country Club in Middletown, beginning at 8:30 am.

Come enjoy a complimentary breakfast and learn more about our Hospice program’s philosophy and mission. Reservations are requested to provide proper seating for our guests.

Don’t forget to purchase your Moments of Life raffle ticket for a 6-night stay at the Hyatt Beach House Resort in Key West, Fla. Only $25.00 per ticket, max 500 tickets sold. Winner to be drawn at the President’s Community Breakfast on November 1st! You need not be present to win.
