Congratulations 2019 Compassion Award Winners
The Maureen Terwilliger Compassion Award, inspired by David Terwilliger, is given annually honoring those individuals who go above and beyond. Demonstrating devotion, dedication, tenderheartedness, dependability and perseverance to the patients of Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, Inc. Recipients were chosen by their peers and awarded at the Hospice Annual Staff and Volunteer Recognition Dinner.
On November 14, 2019, Matthew Terwilliger, representing his family and in memory of his mom, Maureen, did the honors of presenting the award to Clinical Manager, Beth Spear, RN and Ann Hall, RN.
“They embody all that this award represents, and I am humbled that they were chosen for this award by their peers”, said Dan Grady, President and CEO.
“Hospice wouldn’t be what is it without the hard work, dedication and above all compassion that each give our patients, families and coworkers every day. I would like to take a moment and thank all who participated and recognize the all nominees”, said Grady.
