Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties was founded in 1988, with an aim to provide compassionate end-of-life care. Our team of experts includes nurses, aides, social workers, bereavement specialists, and more, all with the intent of working directly with the patient and their family to manage pain and provide support. Although we don’t provide curative treatment, Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties takes every step to ensure our patients feel comfortable. Most, if not all, of hospice services are covered by major health insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. In cases where individuals are uninsured, sliding fee scales are available. If you or a loved one has been given a prognosis of six months or less, you can contact us at 845-561-6111 or email us at [email protected] and find out what your options are.
