Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties

Families in these Hudson Valley areas and many others turn to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties for our compassionate care. We provide palliative care for individuals diagnosed with a life expectancy of six months or less, regardless of income or ability to pay. This includes pain and symptom management, nursing care, patient/family care education, home health aide services, social worker services, and more. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance companies.

Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, Inc. also specializes in providing care for end-stage congestive heart failure and terminal heart disease patients. These patients often make frequent hospital visits for breathing difficulties, fluid retention, and fatigue. The support of hospice care can help reduce the number of hospital visits by providing an added level of support at home.
