Hospice “Tree of Life” Lighting Ceremony

The Hospice Tree of Life lighting ceremony is scheduled for Friday, December 1, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the Galleria Mall at Crystal Run, Middletown.  Music will be provided by The Middletown Concert Chorale, and all are welcome.

Contributions to the Tree of Life are made In Honor or In Memory of a loved one or a friend.  Ornaments are placed on the trees at any of our locations and will remain there throughout the holiday season.  Our locations are: the Galleria at Crystal Run in Middletown, Adams Fairacre Farms in New Windsor, Peck’s Markets in Livingston Manor, Jeffersonville, Eldred, and Callicoon.  Your donation will help someone who is receiving Hospice end-of-life care or bereavement support services in Orange and Sullivan Counties.
