The Sullivan County Memorial Service at which we will remember our patients who died during the six months from March through August.  The service will be held at the United Methodist Church in White Sulphur Springs on Sunday, November 5, 2017 @ 2:00 pm.

The Orange County Memorial Service at which we will remember our patients who died during the six months from March through August. The service will be at St. James Episcopal Church in Goshen on Sunday, November 12, 2017 @ 2:00 pm.

The Being Mortal Community Project Hosted by Dr. Danielle Belser, Associate Medical Director.
