Volunteer
Hold a hand or provide a quiet presence—address envelopes. Feed a pet. Bake a cake. Make phone calls. Help with a caregiver’s errands. Listen to cherished memories. Touch a heart.
In addition, clerical support at the hospice administrative office and assistance at Health Fairs are always needed!
To prepare volunteers for their role with hospice, we offer training designed to confidently prepare you to help at Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, including the important role of providing comfort to persons on hospice and their families. Training sessions are offered regularly.
