The Annual Forestburgh 5K Race/Walk to benefit Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties will take place on Saturday, August 11, 2018. The event, run on a paved and unpaved course, is certified by the USATF and offers professional timing services by Catskills Timing. The first 150 registrants are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Awards are given in ten brackets from age 10 to 80 & over. Medals will also be given to the top three overall male and female finishers.

This family-friendly event, at Lake Joseph in Forestburgh, is conducted entirely by community volunteers and has proved to be a bigger success each and every year! The race kicks off at 8:30 am and registration begins at 7:15 am. Preregistration $18 and $20 on the day of the race. Children 10 and under are free.
