Former Orange County DA Elected Chairman of the Board

Frances PhillipsHospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, Inc  is pleased to announce former Orange County District Attorney Francis Phillips has been elected Chairman of the Board.

He has been a member of the board since 2007 and served as vice president from 2015-2017.  He succeeds former Orange County Court Judge Jeffrey Berry as chairman. Joseph Smith now holds the position of Vice Chairman.
