Full Time opening to visit patients in Sullivan County.
To include visits to patient homes and in Long Term Care Facilities.
Individuals must be self motivated, compassionate and able to work well with others, be reliable and possess good time management skills.
If interested in Hospice Aide position you must possess a valid New York State CNA Certification or have worked for a Home Health Care Agency as a Home Health Aide within the last twelve months and are current on all mandated inservice requirements.

Above positions include every other weekend and three (organization recognized) holidays per year
